About Us
Our History
The Adventurous Woman club started as a small group of women that like to get together to fish and socialize. Founded by Michele Homer, an accomplished angler, the club later became a chapter of "Ladies Let's Go Fishing". As the club grew in membership, so did the desire to expand beyond fishing into other outdoor activities. Once again the club became "The Adventurous Woman", and added camping, kayaking and archery to the club activities. The club is 50 members and growing, and always interested in new activities to experience the great outdoors.
Monthly Meetings
We meet the 3rd Wednesday of the Month, except for the months of December and January.
Meetings are held at Bill Jackson's Shop for Adventure in Pinellas Park, Florida.
